The Paris Project by Tamara P. Carter. This 29 minute experimental caper is about a Brooklyn artist (played by Terence Nance) who relocates to Paris to get married and start a new life with his fiancee (Nia Andrew).

Exotique by Soraya Milla. Exotique tells the story of Philomène, an African teenager who falls in love with a classmate but questions her desirability because of her hair type.

Black Girl in Paris by Kiandra Parks. The short film, which is adapted from the Shay Youngblood book by the same name, stars Medicine For Melancholy’s Tracey Higgins as Eden, an American expat who befriends a prostitute and has a sexual awakening in the city of lights.

ExtraNostro by Kis Keya. The three-episode series follows Bibiche, an openly gay African man, who works for travel agency that organizes gay-friendly trips. Bibiche falls for his co-worker, who may or may not be gay. The series is in French with English subtitles.
